1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ideasrepay.com and the content, products, and services offered on it (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing access, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who we are

The Service is operated by Repay Media ("Repay Media", "we", "us", or "our"), the team behind AdsRepay. IdeasRepay is part of the Repay Media family of products. You can reach us at support@ideasrepay.com.

3. What IdeasRepay provides

IdeasRepay is a library of digital blueprints and educational walkthroughs that explain how to build specific online and offline income models. The Service provides information, strategy, templates, and step-by-step guidance for educational purposes only.

The Service is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice, and using it does not create any professional or fiduciary relationship between you and Repay Media.

4. Accounts and access

Some content is gated. You may access it by signing in with your AdsRepay account or by purchasing access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

"Lifetime access," where offered, means access for the operational lifetime of the IdeasRepay product, not a guarantee of perpetual availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service.

5. Payment and billing

Paid access is offered as a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor and/or through AdsRepay; by purchasing, you also agree to the processor’s terms. Prices may change, but changes will not affect access you have already purchased.

6. No refunds

Because the Service delivers digital products and immediate access to proprietary content, all sales are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of these Terms may result in immediate and permanent revocation of your access.

7. License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the blueprints and content for your own use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly share, or create derivative works from the content; share your account or paid access with others; or scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract content.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including blueprints, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, video, and the underlying software, is owned by Repay Media or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are transferred to you.

9. Earnings and results disclaimer

IdeasRepay is educational. We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that you will earn any money or achieve any particular result from using our blueprints. Any income figures, case studies, or examples are illustrative and are not promises or typical results.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, skills, market conditions, and timing. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and outcomes, and you should seek independent professional advice before acting.

10. Third-party tools and links

Our blueprints reference third-party tools, platforms, and services. We are not responsible for, and do not endorse or guarantee, any third party. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that third party’s own terms, and any pricing or features mentioned may change.

11. Affiliate program

If you participate in the IdeasRepay or Repay Media affiliate program, your participation is governed by the separate affiliate program terms provided to you, in addition to these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repay Media and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for access in the twelve months before the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Repay Media and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Repay Media’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute that is not subject to mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence.
